There are so many websites out there that had so much information. These are two websites I felt informed me.  There is so much 'stuff' out there.  Use discernment.

These are books and movies (over 30 so far) that made a huge difference in my self treatment.  I have located them for you on Amazon. Whenever possible I found the most recent version of the item and I will continue adding new items as time goes by that I feel help me in my continued quest towards health.
